Inspired by the world's eco-conscious efforts, the 2010 Poko Pano Collection celebrates Brazil's most beautiful and natural attraction - The Amazon. The collection was a way to show people, "that you can find beauty from things we take for granted in our daily lives," says Poko Pano designer Paola Robba.
Paola captured the rainforest by using natural colors to create one-of-a-kind prints. "Since fashion has such strong exposure, it's a great avenue for social responsibility," the designer says. Part of the proceeds of the Guarana print bikini will be donated to the World Wildlife Federation to help the organization continue its work in preserving the Amazon rainforest.
