Return Policy

All Items can be returned for a refund within 14 days after receiving the order. Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with the original tags and sanitary protection. Shipping charges are not refundable. All items that are on sale are final sale. If an item that is on sale is returned customer will be responsible for additional Shipping charges. If you choose to make a return please remember to put the packing slip inside the package and please state if this is a return for a refund or if it is an exchange for size. Exchange Policy

We are more than happy to exchange any size or style for you. However, there will be a re-occurring shipping cost for every exchange of $15 which apply's for standard ground shipping. Prices will vary depending on your time frame in which you would want the product to arrive or if you are shipping out of the United States of America. We do our best to accommodate you. If you are traveling to a different destination and you would like us to ship it to your location that you will be vacationing at, we can do that as well. This is only for cases when you may feel that you will not have you item for your trip.

Sale Policy

All Item that are on Sale are Final sale. If for some reason you would like to exchange for size and it is avaliable, we will have no problem doing that. If a Sale is returned Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If customer does not response Item will sit in storage for 30 days until disgarded. Storage fees will apply after 7 days.

Pre-Order Policy

Coupon Codes cannot be applied to pre-order items or items that are specifically order for you. Please note that delivery date is an estimated shipping date. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates for pre-order items due to the unforeseen delays by the manufacturers. Please know that we can't control the dates that are given to us by the manufacturers. We will charge your card full amount when the order is placed. If for some reason we cannot fulfill your order we will issue you a refund immediately. Refunds are not permitted on pre-order if for some reason there is a change in mind. We will exchange for size.

Custom Orders/Special Orders

All Custom or Special orders are final sale. No exceptions.

International Shipping Policy

Pesca Boutique is not responsible for any custom charges or delays due to custom stops. All International orders are subjected to Countries Custom Fee's or Taxes. Customer is Responisible for these charges. If package is refused and shipped back to Pesca, Customer is responsible for any shipping Fee and any other costs of Return.
